Due for release mid December
It started with a book, where Ol' Bingo Jasmine had a crown of bees flying around his head, then it became an inquiry into those sexy leather tobacco 'smoking' fragrances of the 1920's. Mix this with the sweet smell of Jasmine blowing through the window on a candlelit night and what came about was Jazz Age Jasmine.
This is a limited fragrance, a unicorn you might say, that celebrates the beauty of splendid raw materials and melds them into the hedonism of the roaring 20's.
Every few years, I make a batch of this wild beauty to share.
What does Jazz Age Jasmine smell like?
"A beautiful floral leather where the jasmine and monoï are noticeable in the opening but meld perfectly with the leather accord in the base and dry down into the most sublime, slightly smoky, couture leather. This fragrance has its sophistication setting set to max and is truly and blissfully unisex. Splendid French niche vibes! Highly recommended." - Rob D Blandford, the Scent Gent.
Jasmine Sambac, Indian Jasmine, Jasmine Auriculantum, Monoï flower, Australian Sandalwood, Patchouli, Smoke & Leather.
Each 30mL bottle will be monogrammed and come with a batch and bottle numbered card. There will be 30 bottles available this year.
The scent is macerating beautifully, and will be ready to send to you in the last week of November. On the notes page, let me know what you would like monogrammed on your bottle.
This perfume is vegan, but it's been described as a truly animalic leather!!
This fragrance may cause irritation in some individuals due to the high amount of Jasmines used in this. Please patch test, and if sensitive, spray on a scarf or on your clothing instead - may stain light fabrics.
